Since 1979, Alpha Delta Pi has been committed to serving the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC). RMHC gives families who have to travel in order for their child to receive medical treatment an inexpensive place to stay. Since the partnership began, Alpha Delta Pi has contributed over $5 million to this worthwhile effort. RMHC supports Ronald McDonald Houses in local communities and funds grants to other nonprofit organizations whose programs focus on children in need.

 

Our chapter sends direct support to the three nearby RMHC locations in Jackson, MS, Mobile, AL, and New Orleans, LA. While visiting, sisters participate in activities with the children (mostly siblings of those in the hospital), cook dinner for the families, clean parts of the house, decorate for holidays, or just enjoy the company of the current residents.​
